    1. There were several times while reading this where I was tempted to rate it higher, but two stars means “it was okay” by guidelines and basically, I think that describes my overall experience. If you’re into YA, love stories, and already know who Hans and Sophie Scholl are without looking it up (I had to), you’d maybe like this more than I did. Loved:--it’s a time travel book. Love, love, love. --the action. The beginning and the end had the right amount of un-put-downable suspense. Ei [...]

This was probably the largest reason that I picked up Krista K. Hatch’s Silent No More. The beginning of the book is extremely intriguing. A father is trying to make choices to save his family from the government that is rising to power. Then we are introduced to a modern day character who vacations to Mun [...]

It's an interesting, historical fiction/time-travel book. It's well written and I found myself "turning" the pages pretty often to see what happened next. Of course it's far-fetched but i love reading about WWII Germany, so this was right up my alley. It got a little wordy in parts and I felt like I often [...]

    4. This was a very absorbing story!! It was an interesting time travel/ historical fiction book about pre-WWII Germany. I found the book hard to put down and was sorry when it ended (although I was glad to escape from the tension)!
