    1. I've read a good number of mafia themed books, including the original Godfather by Puzo and all the prequels and sequels. When you are from the Bronx, this stuff runs in your blood. I've read some other mafia themed books. Two that were particularly bad were Quitting the Mob and Bound By Honor. Neither were quite as painful as this foul tome I am reviewing. This is the worst book I've ever had the misfortune to read. Christian, known by his sobriquet "Mac", (as in MacGyver) is a 6th grade "fixer [...]

    2. mac is panning a way get rid of the new principle because he has ideas that mac is runing a buisness in the school and put him to detention

    3. The only criticism I included in my review of the first Fourth Stall book was that I wondered why we didn’t get to see Mac, the main character, in his life as a student - attending classes, dealing with teachers, and fitting his business life in around his life as a real kid. To my great surprise and delight, The Fourth Stall Part II focuses on exactly those things. At the start of Part II, Mac is approached by a seventh grade girl who claims a teacher named Mr Kjelson keeps giving her detenti [...]

    4. Mac is back, and things are bad at his school. There is a huge problem with animal poop in lockers, and there's lots of work for that. The cafeteria food is now delicious, but horribly unhealthy. A girl approaches Mac for help in getting a teacher who seems to have a vendetta against her fired, and the school has the all-important SMARTS tests coming up. Worst of all, the new principal is closing in on Mac's deserted bathroom, and the business is in danger of being shut down. Can Mac save the sc [...]

    5. This book was amazing. I loved it so much! The message in the story is to always confess your mistakes and don't be scared or embarrassed to do it. Also, don't always think about yourself and what would happen to you-think about other people too. Anyway, I've just started The Fourth Stall Part 3 and I think it's going to be good.

    6. The Fourth Stall Part II is the second book of the series The Fourth Stall. The second book starts with the end of the first book where Mac settles down the hard fight against Staples, the legendary high school crime boss. Staples is no longer in the picture and the high school baseball tryouts are out. Students really think Mac and his partner, Vince is useful after this big fight against Staples which draw more students to enter the fourth stall. They come in during recess and lunch breaks to [...]

    7. Chris Rylander's "The Fourth Stall Part II" was an alright installment to the series, but it's underwhelming compared to the first book. As the book progresses, Mac and Vince's personality gets questionable, and why they are fighting to impress a girl that is a grade above them. The book gets a little confusing at some point, and a weird ending. The good about this book, it gets exciting, making you want to read more of it, sadly it dies down, and it gets kind of stale. The characters are boring [...]

    8. Best Book Hi I am in 5th grade and I am usually very picky on books. I will start one but never finish it. This book is DIFFERENT 😄😄😄!!!!This series is a rollercoaster (though I don't mind for those either) and takes you on a hair raising journey Most Likely y'all find me reading a comedy book. But this is a nice change! I highly recommend this book to anyone who has trouble getting into a book👌 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Check out my review of the first book instead!Mac had me at helloMac's "voice" is a combination of The Godfather, film noir, and contemporary middle school boy that blends perfectly. Mac is such a likable kid. He makes me laugh and even when he's doing less-than-moral things, I'm still rooting for him to win (plus, his heart is in the right place, so that has to count for [...]

    10. The Fourth Stall Part 2 is a fantastic sequel to the original. All of the mystery and conflict in this book draws you and captures your full attention causing you to foam at the mouth from the need of wanting to read farther. Believe me, the hardest part of my day was having to close this book at the end of SSR. Not knowing who is behind all of the bad things happening at the school, and not knowing who Mac and Vince could really trust was amazing. And when they finally had suspects and then the [...]

    11. It was a good second book in The Fourth Stall series. More problems for Mac and Vince, more twists, and finally more humor. Chris Rylander does a great job of using metaphors and similes to make his reading funny and entertaining. The ending made me excited to read the next and final book.

    12. This was one of the best books I have ever read, it is so suprising when you get to the end and find out Hannah was actually Mr. (CANT SPELL NAME)'s daughter and she helped save them with the audio of The VP talking to Mac

    13. The title of the book is The Fourth Stall Part 2 by : Chris Rylander. This book falls into the realistic fiction genre because it is not based on a true story but it could completely happen. This book makes me feel like this could happen to my school. This book is about a kid named Mac and his best friend Vince. They run a business in the fourth stall at school. They solves kids problems like getting the new video game, getting test answers e.t.c. One day a girl by the name Trixie Von Parkway ca [...]

    14. A very good book series. These kinds of books are my favorite. Mac defeated Staples but did he really? Read this book to find out. This book is good for 4th/5th grade. And if you like this book you would like the next!

    15. Oh Mac, what have you done. My 6th grade crush gets into some deep trouble when he starts looking into fried fatty foods in the cafeteria and rat droppings in the lockers. And then she walks in the door. Trixie von Parkway. He knew she was trouble the minute she walked in and she sets in motion a whole world of events that leaves Mac and Vince reeling at the end.I'll start from the beginning. Mac and Vince have their business back and it's busier than ever. Things are running smoothly until weir [...]

    16. Even better than the first!I hear people say all the time, "There are no 'boy books'!" To them, I say, have your son read THE FOURTH STALL! Then, when your book-loving boy asks for more, give him THE FOURTH STALL, PART II. Doesn't get easier than that. Chris Rylander pulls out all the stops in THE FOURTH STALL, PART II, the follow up to his debut book about a boy who runs a business of favors out of the fourth stall of the East Wing boys' bathroom.Mac, Vince and the crew are back in business, an [...]

    17. The Fourth Stall Part 2They did it! After finally beating Staples, business was running smoothly once again. Mac and Vince, two kids who run a business in the East Wing boy’s bathroom, are collecting money like there’s no tomorrow. However, just like that, an unexpected visitor opened the bathroom door. It’s was a girl. At Mac’s school, girls were as dangerous as shotguns. They kept talking and confusing you until somebody broke down and cried. Also, girls weren’t very enthusiastic abo [...]

    18. So first I have to say that this book, and the first book in the series, are two of the funniest books I've ever read. I found myself laughing out loud several times as I read Part II (and getting some very funny looks from the people around me). This book picks up pretty much where the first book left off, with a girl walking into the fourth stall and sending Mac's world spinning. Who is she really? What exactly does she want? Why do middle school girls have to be so darn confusing!? I'm not go [...]

    19. Have you ever been in a problem so bad you need help to get out of it? It is a mystery-nonfiction Mac is a cool guy and it gets even better he solves problems you cant but if he feels sorry for you he might just do a pro-Bono which means he will do it for free. My over all thoughts for this book were good but then again they have some bad ones like " spoiler alert" There is this girl and she is so sneaky so watch out because she might sound nice but she is evil. Its funny because this all takes [...]

    20. This book was great. I love the series so much.Vince was still quoting his brilliant grandma and making other funny jokes, Tyrell was still being amazing. The only thing I didn't love was Hannah, and that might just be because she reminds me of the girls at my school. I felt bad for Mac and Vince. They were both crazy for Hannah, and she made fun of them for it. I also wasn't a huge fan of Dr. George. He sounded like a huge pain in the rear end. Overall, the book was absolutely amazing. Is it jus [...]

    21. Author Interview here:thewindypages/2012/03/Review:And they're back!Mac and Vince are at it again, running their business in the Fourth Stall. What can they say? They're successful business men. You have a problem? Mac and Vince will help you solve it, all for a tiny fee.And boy, do they have some problems to solve this time around.Trixie Von Parkway, yes you read that right, is being terrorized by the new science teacher and has hired Mac and Vince to help her. But as they dig deeper, not every [...]

    22. Book titled: The fourth stallAuthor: Chris RylanderLexile: 890Rating: two starsI don't like or don't like this book. I think it's okay, The reason why is because it doesn't keep me interested like the first did, The author explained things way too much about things I didn't even relate to the story like talking about this kid that I like in the one time the story, another reason why the book is just okay is because the author didn't carry on with the story until the end, what I mean by that Is t [...]

    24. The Fourth Stall Part II by Chris Rylander 281 pages Mac is living in a dangerous situation. At school, he is running a business to help other kids out. He, with his friend Vince, is making lots of money off of this. Sometimes though, Mac has to fire a teacher or give answers to a test. One day, the school gets a new vice president called Dr. George. 25. The Fourth Stall Part II Mac and Devin, two best friends and major Chicago Cubs fans, run a business in the fourth stall of their school bathroom. Mac and Devin have a very successful business where they take care of Students problems in exchange for money, in order to go towards their Cubs World Series fund. 26. I loved the first book, and so did every one of my 5th grade boys who have been reading my one (falling apart) copy all school year. Could not wait to get to the 2nd book-and was not disappointed at all! Perfect for 5th grade boys-and this one could interest the girls as well!"The life of crime is good.Mac has taken down legendary high school crime boss Staples, business has been booming, and Mac and Vince are getting ready for middle school baseball tryouts. But this can't last. Mac has always [...]

    27. This middle school "caper" book is fun and just a bit over-the-top, as Vince and Mac experience their first barely-recognizable crush on the same girl, channel the dubious talents of an organized bully squad, work with a sixth grade surveillance expert, and take on not only the cafeteria staff, but also the highest school administrators. They have a lucrative business, which they run to earn money for tickets to the first Chicago Cubs playoff game in over seventy years, whenever that day may com [...]
